6 months!!!

Lucy turned 6 months old Oct 1st! Yikes! Its makes me pretty sad every time I have to pack away yet another size, which felt like she barely even got to wear! Anywho, she had her 6 month checkup last week. She is 28 inches long (98% of age), and 17.4 lbs (74% of age). She is doing well, other than the flu shot making her a little sick for a few days. No teeth showing yet, but I know they are well on their troublesome way!

Every so often, Josh likes to give her little "tastes" of things. Such as this jam/toast episode. She cried everytime he took it away and cleaned her off.

Oh well... Gotta love Granny's homemade jam!

She is mostly sitting up, but still needs a little help.

She is always on her stomach when she wakes up,

peeking at whoever comes to get her.

And with fall here and all, who can resist

dressing up a cute baby in some cute clothes?

-Yes, she is still sleeping through the night. Usually 12 or so hours. Only when she's not feeling well does she wake up once in the night

-Loves animals, especially cats (that's my girl!). She laughs whenever she sees them

-Enjoys watching Barney at her Nana's house

-Tries to stuff any and every thing into her mouth. When she's tired, watch out, because its usually someone's face that ends up that way...

In other news, we added a new addition to the family a few weeks ago.  No one wanted her and her mom was hit by a car. We don't know her name yet. She looks like a mix between a werewolf, baby black bear, and a fruit bat. She is cute. Moe LOVES to play with her and is no longer bored and constantly meowing.
